| Reporting: | On or before October 15 of each school year, file a statement of enrollment (PI-1206) with the state department of education and submit it to the Department of Public Instruction. A new form also needs to be filed if the family moves to a different public school district, or if the number of students enrolled in the home-based private educational program changes within the same school year. |

| Requirements: | Subjects must include a sequentially progressive curriculum of fundamental instruction in reading, language arts, mathematics, social studies, science and health.Attend at least 875 hours per year. |
