 Approach: Establish a homeschool
   
 Restrictions: Teacher must have high school diploma or GED
   
 Reporting: Register as a Homeschool with the Secretary of Education within 30 days of establishment of a homeschool and re-notify on or before April 1st of each year thereafter.
   
 Recordkeeping: Maintain attendance records showing that parents are teaching the children at least 180 days and keep immunization records, or objection to immunization waiver form.
   
 Requirements: Subjects required include reading, language arts, mathematics, social studies and science. Attend same length of time as school district - 180 days.
   
 Testing: Testing Not Required
   
 Compulsory  Attendance: Applies to child at least 5 years of age by September 1 of the school year to age 18 unless the child has graduated from high school
