 Approach: Establish a homeschool as a private school
   
 Restrictions: Teacher certification not required
   
 Reporting: File a notice if required by superintendent of education
   
 Recordkeeping: Maintain attendance records. Superintendent MAY request verification of attendance and enrollment.
   
 Requirements: Subjects not specified. Attend same number of days as public school - 180 days per year.
   
 Testing: Not required
   
 Compulsory  Attendance: Begins at the beginning of the Fall school year in which the student becomes seven (7) and until the date on which the student becomes eighteen (18), or graduates.
